Ingredients for Keto Broccoli and Cheese Mini Quiches

  • 1, 12 oz. package of steamable broccoli florets
  • 5 eggs
  • 3/4 cup of heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 tsp of salt 
  • 1/4 tsp of pepper
  • 1 large clove of garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup of sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)

How to make Keto Broccoli and Cheese Mini Quiches

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prepare a large 6 count muffin pan with nonstick spray.
  • Using package directions, heat/steam the broccoli. Then drain the excess water and chop the broccoli into small pieces. Set aside.

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy whipping cream, salt, and pepper. Then fold in the broccoli, cheese, and garlic.
  • Spoon 1/2 cup of mixture into each muffin cup of the pan.

  • Bake for 35 minutes or until the tops are slightly starting to brown.
