Norfolk High Schools Open Evenings – If, you have a child born in 2014/15 then it’s time to think about high school ( I know, it doesn’t seem possible!)The Secondary school applications opened on 11th September 2025 and will close on 31st October 2025.
If your child is in their last year at a primary or junior school, you must apply for a place in Year 7 at a secondary school.
If you apply online, decisions will be made available during the day on 2nd March 2026 via the Norfolk County Council School admissions website.
If you are not happy with the school choice you have been given, the appeals closing date is 27th March 2026.
Mini admission round starts on 1st April 2026 (when they consider changes parents have made to their applications since the closing date).
Then appeals hearings take place – May/June 2026
