Half Term and Book Day at Aldi

The first Thursday of March each year marks World Book Day, which usually means a week before a letter arrives from school and I have a mad dash to try and `create’ seven masterpieces (well I go to the dressing up cupboard and see what I can find!)

This year lovely people, it can be done quick and easily with a little trip to Aldi! For the bargain price of £3.99 your little one can choose from Goldilocks, Army Boy, Red Riding Hood, Ladybird and Pirate Boy, don’t say I never help you out!

And, if like me you have way too many Dressing up clothes, they have an amazing dressing up storage for just £14.99

But before that day we have the wonderful, amazing February Half Term hooray!

And if you are looking for something to keep your little angels amused, why not pop into Aldi and pick up some Half Term activities, why not pick up a great book for them to read, George’s Marvellous Medicine or Fantastic Mr Fox, or Kaide’s favourite Diary of A Wimpy Kid, prices starting from £2.99

Or maybe a Licensed Memory Game (£2.49)- popular card games which are sure to be enjoyed by all. Packed with much loved characters – Frozen, Doc McStuffins, Minnie Mouse, Cars, Disney Princess or The Good Dinosaur –  this fantastic game will challenge children’s memories and observation, making it great for developing young minds.

We were sent two new cups for Eowyn and Tyrus to enjoy, they love the characters on them and I love the fact there is a rim on the bottom of the straw to stop it flying out! At £2.99 they are perfect to stop them spilling squash all over my floor!

And if you are looking to go outside they have some fabulous wellies for just £4.99 in sizes 5-13

  1. I did my first ever full shop in Aldis today, and yesterday was looking on their website to see what offers and deals they had on. A few of the things I wanted they did not have, and half the items had no price on so wasn’t sure how much a lot of things were so left them. What I did see priced though was very good value if you wanted those products
