I love flowers, I don’t care if I but them, or Asa buys them, or the children come back with a bunch with a reduced sticker on them!
I’m pretty rubbish at remembering to keep the vase topped up with water! So I do need to work on that part.
I adore Lilies, I love nothing more than walking into a room and the scent of them wafting through, I don’t even mind about the mess they leave behind when they start losing their petals.
I also love carnations, roses and freesias, I had all of those in my wedding bouquet, and because I had a silver, burgundy and ivory theme going on, the wonderful florist sprayed all of the greenery with silver paint.

If hubby is buying me them I love white roses, single white roses usually. Simple and beautiful

Lilies are my favourite, my Grandma was called Lily. I had lilies for my bouquet when I got married, my husband had a rose buttonhole because his grandmother is called Rose.

I love all kinds of flowers but thistles are probably my favourite – I think they’re actually meant to be sea holly or something. Also love sunflowers just for cheerfulness!
